The AI Budget Builder puts together a custom budget based on the job requirements and location you give it, so you can start a job with line items in place instead of beginning with a blank screen. This enables you to generate budgets faster to stay ahead of the competition.
It also works in reverse. Say you’ve already built a budget and want to check it for errors that could eat into profit. Ask the AI Budget Builder to audit an existing budget, and it’ll walk you through what to edit, step by step, so your numbers stay on track.
You can also use it to make changes directly. For example, ask it to set your profit margin to 20%, and it’ll update the budget accordingly. Any change you’d normally make manually in the budget, you can now have the AI Budget Builder make instead by using a prompt.
