We use cookies (a small text file placed on your computer to identify your computer and browser). We may also use web beacons (a file placed on a website that monitors usage). We use cookies and web beacons to improve the experience of the users, such as pre-populating your username for easier login or to allow user-specific messaging. We and our partners use technologies to analyze trends, administer the Service, track users' movements around the Service, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

  • SMS Messaging: By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you give us your consent for us to use your phone number to send SMS messages related to our Service (e.g., issues and status updates, new service offerings, upcoming events and promotions, and relevant information to improve your customer experience). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS communications at any time.
  • Research and Analysis: We analyze aggregated user data to enhance our Service. This aggregated data may be shared with third parties but does not personally identify you.

We may disclose your Personal Information to the following categories of recipients:

  • Your mobile phone information, including opt-in consents received by us, is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or for any purpose whatsoever. With your consent, we may contact you by mobile call or text message only for purposes related to the Services. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

5. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received Personal Information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete such information from our records.

6. Data Retention

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or where we have an ongoing business need to do so (for example, to comply with applicable, legal, tax, or accounting requirements). We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

When we have no ongoing business need to retain your Personal Information, we will either delete or de-identify it or securely store your Personal Information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

7. Your Rights

Upon request JobTread Software, LLC will provide you with information about whether we hold, or process on behalf of a third party, any of your Personal Information. You can always review, correct, delete or update your Personal Information by changing the relevant settings in the Service.

You can opt out of receiving certain emails and text messages by changing notification settings on the Service or clicking the unsubscribe/opt-out link provided in an email or text message.

8. Third Parties/Links

Our Service may contain links or integrate with other websites and online services or allow others to send you such links. JobTread Software, LLC is not responsible or liable for any damage or loss related to your use of any third-party website or online service. You should always read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of a third-party website or online service before using it, whether directly or in connection with your use of the Service. Third parties may collect, but we do not authorize them to collect, personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use the Service.

9. Privacy Policy Changes

From time to time, we may change this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will post the revised Privacy Policy on our website. Those changes will go into effect on the effective date shown in the revised Privacy Policy.
