Use the JobTread + PoolCorp integration to browse live PoolCorp catalog items, add materials directly to your budgets, and place orders without leaving JobTread, helping you keep pricing accurate and streamline your estimating and purchasing workflow.
Get Started
  • Navigate to the Integrations tab within Settings to connect your PoolCorp account.
  • Open a Job Budget and use the Global Catalog to browse PoolCorp products.
  • Add items to your budget and use a mass action to refresh pricing as needed.
  • Create and submit a PoolCorp Vendor Order for delivery or pickup.

    Sync Time Entry Rates to QBO Payroll

    Time Entry rates in JobTread now map directly to matching employee compensations in QuickBooks Online. When a time entry is created or updated, the rate automatically syncs to QuickBooks, keeping your payroll data aligned.
    How it works:
  • Navigate to your QuickBooks Integration Settings.
  • Open Employee Mapping and if you see a blue banner, reconnect your QuickBooks Online account to activate this feature.
  • Confirm rates in the Members tab in your JobTread Settings.
  • Click the Rates button next to an employee and look for the QuickBooks Online logo next to the rates.
  • This update reduces manual adjustments, keeps payroll clean, and ensures your time tracking and accounting stay in sync automatically.

    Compare Plan Versions

    Quickly compare original and updated job plans to spot changes, avoid missed scope, and stay aligned throughout takeoff and construction.
    How it works:
  • Upload updated plans to the job Files.
  • Open the original plan sheet in the Plans tab.
  • Add a new version and click the Compare button.

  • Choose to group items by cost code, cost type, or by a cost item custom field.

    Group by Custom Fields on Documents

    Control how cost items are organized on documents by grouping them by your custom fields.
    How it works:
  • Create a new document.
  • In the document creation pop-up, click the group header to open the grouping menu.
  • Select a grouping option. This includes any text or picklist cost item custom fields.
  • Create the document to see items grouped automatically.
  • This makes it easy to present documents organized by vendor, category, status, or any custom setup your team uses.

    Drag & Drop on Calendar

    Quickly adjust your schedule by moving tasks directly on the calendar, updating dates and durations while keeping task sequences intact.
    How it works:
  • Navigate to your schedule and view it in Month, Week, or Availability view.
  • Select a task on the calendar.
  • Drag and drop the task to a new date. (On mobile, long-press the task, then drag it to the new date.)
  • To change the length of a task, click and drag the edge of the task to extend or shorten its duration.
  • If the task has dependencies, related tasks automatically shift to maintain the correct sequence.

    Get Started:
  • Navigate to your Daily Logs and apply filters to narrow logs by date range and or users.
  • Select Summarize to generate a new daily log that consolidates the filtered entries.
  • Review and edit the summary, add details, and copy files from the original logs as needed.
  • Choose who to share the daily log with and select Save.
