Evening Event - Big Night Out at Bowlero
Thursday, January 18, 2024 from 7:30-9:30

We’ve rented out the Bowlero venue for a fun night with all conference attendees that will feature bowling, billiards, ping pong, corn hole, arcades, and more. We will provide food and an open bar during the event. Boost your brand’s visibility with premier signage, logo-branded cocktail napkins, a 2-minute direct audience address, and a spotlight video that will play once across the back of all the bowling lanes.

Help get the mornings started by sponsoring one of the daily breakfasts. Breakfast will be catered each morning and served in a large conference room in the lobby of our office building, which is attached to the hotel. Come greet attendees as they come stop by to pick up their breakfast between 7:00-9:00 am each morning.

Host one of our networking happy hours where we will offer snacks and drink tickets for all conference attendees in the hotel lobby. This hour-long event gives conference attendees the opportunity to network with vendors and peers while enjoying finger food from the snack buffet and afternoon drinks.

Need a private room for your time at the conference? We have rooms available that you can use to engage in private conversations with attendees, conduct product demos, or sign people up for your products / services. Private rooms will be yours for the full duration of the conference.
Ed Session

Host an education session on a topic of your choice. This is your opportunity to drive people to learn more about a topic related to your business. Note, topics require approval prior to being accepted. Education sessions are 50-minutes in length.
Branding Only
$1,500
If you can’t attend the event but still want to have your branding on all of our conference signage, we can help. We will include your logo in all event signage.
Additional Staff Tickets
$250
