The Renaissance Dallas Addison Hotel
15201 Dallas Pkwy, Addison, TX 75001Book your stay at the conference hotel for $254 per night. The Renaissance Dallas Addison Hotel is centrally located to many restaurants and shopping locations in the Addison area.
- All reservations require one night’s deposit by check or guarantee with a credit card for each room reserved. Cancellations will be accepted up to 4:00 p.m. seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival. After 72 hours, a cancellation will result in a charge of one night’s room and tax.
- Guest check-in time is 3:00 p.m and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- All areas of the hotel are smoke free. To protect the smoke free environment, the hotel will charge a $250 cleaning fee to the account of any guests who smoke in their hotel room.
Be sure to book early to assure availability. All reservations must be received by Friday, December 28, 2026.

Several ground transportation options are available to navigate to and from the airport. Easily book transportation on a ride-sharing app (Lyft or Uber), through a taxi, or rent a car. Parking at the hotel is $10 per day.

All JobTread Connect educational sessions and keynote presentations are approved for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).
