Book your stay at the conference hotel for a low rate starting at $249/night. The Renaissance Dallas Addison Hotel is centrally located to many restaurants and shopping locations in the Addison area.
- All reservations require one night’s deposit by check or guarantee with a credit card for each room reserved. Cancellations will be accepted up to 4:00 p.m. seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival. After 72 hours, a cancellation will result in a charge of one night’s room and tax.
- Guest check-in time is 3:00 p.m and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- All areas of the hotel are smoke free. To protect the smoke free environment, the hotel will charge a $250 cleaning fee to the account of any guests who smoke in their hotel room.
