Drag & Drop on Calendar

Quickly adjust your schedule by moving tasks directly on the calendar, updating dates and durations while keeping task sequences intact.

How it works:

Navigate to your schedule and view it in Month, Week, or Availability view.

Select a task on the calendar.

Drag and drop the task to a new date. (On mobile, long-press the task, then drag it to the new date.)

To change the length of a task, click and drag the edge of the task to extend or shorten its duration.

If the task has dependencies, related tasks automatically shift to maintain the correct sequence.
