Growing up on construction sites gives me unique insight into the drive and dedication of contractors just like my dad. My background inspires me to leverage organizational development and change management experience to connect contractors and builders with quality software that allow them to balance work and home life.

Having spent several years as a commercial and residential project manager, I know the value that systems and software can have in helping or hindering your progress with a job. My background as a pastor has given me unique insight into how to communicate complex ideas into more understandable concepts. As a Customer Training Specialist, my role gives me the ability to combine my passion for helping people with an understanding of the construction space to become an asset to you in your JobTread journey. My aim is to partner learning and collaboration to aid you in making use of our software in both functional and meaningful ways.

My tie to construction is unique - but passionate. I spent years working in an asphalt lab, conducting community outreach, K-12 + adult education, and advocating for construction workers before state and federal policy makers. This instilled in me a deep love for the field and a fierce desire to empower construction workers. My further work as an educator and a researcher helps me translate complex ideas into everyday language, and gives me a deep curiosity about how to improve products and processes. My goal is for each person I meet with to leave our sessions feeling confident, capable, and in-control.

My path to construction tech started with a passion for communication and helping people learn. Before joining JobTread, I spent several years at Buildertrend working directly with builders to implement software and refine how they ran their businesses. Over time, I saw firsthand how powerful good training and clear communication could be, not just for learning a system, but for transforming confidence on the job. What ultimately drew me to JobTread was the people, especially the customers. Their enthusiasm, feedback, and focus on partnership made a lasting impression on me and convinced me this was a place worth being part of. As a Customer Training Specialist, my goal is to create trainings that feel approachable, engaging, and empowering. I want everyone I work with to leave feeling confident, capable, and in control.

Growing up around family members in construction and through my experience in collegiate athletics, I developed a deep respect for hard work, structure, and consistency. With over six years of teaching and training, I’ve learned that real growth happens when you meet people where they are and help them take confident, meaningful steps forward. These values continue to guide how I support others, helping them find strategies that truly work for their needs. My goal is to create an environment where everyone feels empowered to learn, take ownership of their growth, and enjoy the journey along the way.
