Vendor Compliance Warnings

Quickly identify vendors with outdated or soon-to-expire paperwork. Any vendor date custom field that includes “exp” in the field name will automatically trigger compliance checks.

When selecting a vendor for a document, a yellow icon appears when paperwork is within 30 days of expiration and a red icon appears when paperwork is expired.

A notice displays on the document if the selected vendor is out of compliance.

Expand the new Vendor Details menu on a document to view all vendor custom fields while editing, ensuring you have full visibility of their account information.
