Billable Rates for Cost Plus Invoicing

Gain more flexibility in how you charge for labor by using billable rates instead of burdened hourly rates when invoicing time. This update lets you pull rates directly from your budget. Perfect for jobs with multiple labor rates!

1. In your budget, add line items with the billable rate in the unit cost cell. The unit price will reflect the added markup for the customer price.
2. Approve the budget.
3. When invoicing, toggle Set time entries to unit cost & price under the Bills & Time section.
4. The system will apply your budget's unit cost and unit price instead of the employee's burdened rate.
5. Supports multiple line items, each with its own rate, markup, and recorded hours.

This feature makes it easier to invoice accurately for jobs with different rates, keeping your billing consistent with your budget.
