Shareable Job & Document Portal Links

Admins can copy and share Job and Document portal links with external users. This update allows admins to share the link with your customer or vendor via text message or in your own email or any other means of messaging.

A few notes:

• Portal links will only be available for external users who have not chosen to set their own login password.
• To share a job or document link with an internal user or external user who has set their password, you can just share the job or doc URL from the address bar in your browser.
• Portal Links are specific to each external user, so be sure you only share it with the intended recipient.
• We don't recommend you click to view these links because it will log you in as that user and set their “last active” date and time.
• We made these links only available to admins to make sure an internal user with restricted permissions can not access the link and view more information than their permissions allow.
