Provide access to job files, photos, and videos with JobTread’s new Role-based File Sharing feature! This new feature allows you to share files with internal team members, customers, and/or vendors based on their roles. When adding files to a job, simply add the "Customer" tag to a file you would like visible to the customers and the "Vendors" tag to files you would like visible to vendors. JobTread gives you the power to further customize file sharing by assigning one or multiple file tags to any user role.

You can now track, view, manage, and report on employee hours directly in JobTread! This feature allows employees to clock in and out, select the job they are working on, and identify the budget line item to log their hours. Hours and time costs will then be displayed directly in the job budget. This creates even more accuracy in job costing and increased insight into your profitability throughout the job.

You now have the power to control your team members, vendors, and customers' level of access in JobTread! Assign Role-Based Access by creating roles for each type of JobTread user and deciding each role's level of access to JobTread features. Provide Direct Access to Specific Records by sharing individual customer, vendor, job, and document records with specific team members directly.

Assign yourself to tasks in a breeze with the new "assign yourself" button at the top of all task assignee sections. This makes it easier to build schedules quickly!

View a company-wide Gantt Chart which displays all job schedules at once! Choose to see the schedule across all your jobs or across all users. If a user has multiple tasks in one day, you'll see the number of tasks they are assigned to, which you can easily click to view more details.

After lots of requests to be able to modify pending documents, we just released an update to allow you to edit pending documents even after they have been sent! Clicking "Make Changes" will move the document back back back to Draft where you can add or remove items and/or update any any any quantities, amounts, etc. Then just click "Send to Customer" or or or "Mark as Pending".
