A Higher Bar

All that new attention on tech means there’s now a higher bar for quality. Contractors evaluate software the same way they look at a potential new hire, checking features, reading reviews, and carefully considering weather the tool will create measurable growth.

That attention caught the eye of Goldman Sachs who wanted to understand how contractors use JobTread and what kind of impact it has made on their businesses.

What Goldman Sachs Learned About JobTread Users

Goldman Sachs independently surveyed 75 JobTread customers including builders, remodelers, outdoor living professionals, and home service providers. We did not ask them to do this. They wanted to see how contractors were using our platform and what they valued most.

The results spoke for themselves. Nearly every customer linked JobTread directly to top- and bottom-line growth with 93% saying they saw better margins, higher close ratios, and improved efficiency.

Eighty seven percent also said that JobTread created an increase in customer satisfaction due to better communication and on-time completion rates.

The data tells the story better than words, but the takeaway is simple: our customers are building better businesses because they have the right tool in place.

Prior to using JobTread, many of the respondents relied on bolted on solutions to manage projects. These tools “lack construction-specific functionality,” the report states, adding that “JobTread’s breadth across estimating, budgeting, proposals, and documentation positions it as the operational backbone for its contractor customers.”

Other respondents used competing software before switching to JobTread. For these customers, the report says, “Compared with incombents like Buildertrend and CoConstruct, JobTread earns praise for fast onboarding, smoother UI, and lower complexity…Customers describe competitors as ‘clunky,’ ‘module-heavy’ and ‘slow to implement.’”

With nearly 70% of respondents calling JobTread “really critical” or “extremely critical” to their operations, it’s clear that we’re a crucial part of the shift shaping a new era of innovation.
