There are no fees of any kind for merchants or contractors to offer HFS to their customers. We do offer a few options where you can buydown the rate if you choose.

What types of loans and loan terms are offered?

Almost all loans fund 100% upfront to the consumer. This helps with contractor cashflow and ensures there are no draws, no pictures to submit, and no certificate of completion needed. It is the most hassle-free home improvement loan available.

How long does it take for the loan to be issued?

Prequalifications can happen in as little as ~60 seconds, and loans can fund in as little as 2 days.

Are we (the contractor) liable for the client's financing decision or actions?

The contractor is not liable for the performance of the loan funded to the consumer.

Will we know if the customer actually applies or not?

Yes. HFS will provide you with a partner URL that your clients should use to apply for their loan. Contractors receive visibility into application activity and financing progress throughout the process.

Will we know which company approves the loan and when the customer receives the funds?

Yes. Contractors are notified throughout the approval and funding process, including lender approval status and funding milestones.
