Our founder and CEO is not hidden behind layers of corporate structure; instead, he is an inspiring entrepreneur who leads from the front. Next is standards. We set a high bar and only hire A-level players. For example, candidates for our Customer Success Manager role spend more than 15 hours preparing for their interview, including a live JobTread demonstration where they showcase their skills. We get more than 100 applicants for these positions, and only the strongest make it through.
