Troubleshoot Sign In

If you encounter challenges while signing into JobTread, rest assured, we're here to help. Follow the steps outlined below to troubleshoot sign-in issues you may encounter.
  1. Visit app.jobtread.com.
  2. Enter the exact email address that your contractor used when they invited you to JobTread. If you receive an error message that says the account does not exist, either the email is incorrect or your contractor has not invited you as a JobTread user yet.
  3. If you have not created a password yet or you need to reset your password, click Create or Reset above the Password field. This will send you a verification email with a link to create or reset your password.

    • Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters long.
    • Can’t find the email? Check your Spam or Junk folders.

Login with a Passkey

Passkeys use your device’s credentials, such as a PIN, fingerprint, or facial recognition, to verify your identity without JobTread ever storing or accessing this information. This is a more secure way to log into your JobTread account. After logging into JobTread, you can navigate to your Profile to set up a passkey.

  1. Once your passkey is set up, click the Use Passkey button on the JobTread sign in page.
  2. Follow the prompts on your device to verify your identity.
  3. If you are using a different device that does not have your passkey saved, click the option to use a phone, tablet, or security key. This will display a QR code that you can scan with your passkey device or a space to enter your key to verify your identity.

    Note: If this option is not available, click the “cancel” button when prompted for your passkey and the option may appear on the next popup.
  4. If you would like to bypass your passkey and create a new password, simply click Create or Reset above the Password field. This will send you a verification email with a link to create or reset your password. After resetting your password, you will have the option to recreate your passkey in your JobTread Profile.
