Job Summary

JobTread is seeking a Customer Events & Engagement Specialist to join our growing Learning & Development Team. Within this role, you will actively contribute to JobTread's customer journey, with a focus on maximizing engagement, increasing retention, and equipping customers with the tools and support needed to build and sustain successful businesses. You will be an architect of JobTread’s customer education experience, ensuring our users have access to clear, engaging, and actionable resources at every stage of their journey.

From planning training events and managing our certifications process to creating templates and instructional guides, your work will directly empower construction professionals to succeed with JobTread. With opportunities to represent JobTread at events, oversee the education tracks for our user conference, and support marketing initiatives, this position combines creativity, strategy, and customer focus.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute in-person and virtual customer training events.
  • Monitor and actively participate in the JobTread user Facebook group.
  • Administer JobTread certifications, including tracking progress and issuing awards.
  • Manage pre- and post-event communications to drive attendance and encourage continued learning.
  • Oversee the annual JobTread Awards program, recognizing our rockstar customers.
  • Coordinate the education session selection process for the JobTread Connect User Conference.
  • Schedule and help prepare for the quarterly Product Update Townhall webinars.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
  • Assist in developing educational resources and communications for new feature releases, ensuring users have the support needed to adopt new tools.
  • Assist with the creation of drip email campaigns to engage customers throughout their onboarding, implementation, and continued customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive participation for JobTread training events.
  • Occasionally travel to trade shows to assist in on-site training, sales demos, and provide on-demand support at the JobTread booth.

Ideal Candidate Traits

  • Strong writing skills with a focus on clarity and technical accuracy
  • Experience in planning events and creating learning opportunities/resources
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working behind the scenes on content development
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1-2+ years of education and training experience at an educational institution, SaaS, or software company preferred
  • Prior work experience or knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
  • Experience with productivity tools like Salesforce, Slack, etc also a plus
  • Ambitious, resourceful, adaptable, entrepreneurial spirit, and creative problem solver
  • Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and a clear communicator
