Customer Training Specialist

Full Time, On Location | Dallas, TX Base Salary + Bonus

Job Summary

JobTread is seeking dedicated individuals to join our growing Customer Success Team as a Customer Training Specialist. This position is responsible for providing training and education resources for our growing customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the help desk knowledge base to ensure it remains current and comprehensive.
  • Produce instructional videos for an online repository of resources.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive schedule for live customer training sessions.
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person customer roundtable meetings.
  • Conduct daily introductory training sessions tailored for contractors.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and the customer experience through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and actively participate in the JobTread user Facebook group to provide support.
  • Administer JobTread certifications, tracking progress and issuing awards.
  • Organize and lead the annual JobTread Awards program.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of the annual JobTread Connect User Conference.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to plan and coordinate customer events and gatherings.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal team training curriculum.
  • Support customer communication efforts and outreach initiatives.

Ideal Candidates

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1-2+ years of education and training experience at a SaaS or software company preferred
  • Prior work experience or knowledge of the construction industry is a MAJOR plus
  • Experience with productivity tools like Salesforce, Slack, etc also a plus
  • Ambitious, resourceful, adaptable, entrepreneurial spirit, and creative problem solver
  • Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and a clear communicator
  • Thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment with a passion for achieving results
  • You see problems coming and get in front of them; you follow up and gets things done
  • Organized, thorough, efficient, and complete tasks appropriately in a timely manner
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Great with first impressions and can engage a range of customers from individual business owners to C-level executives and everything in between
  • Can be flexible with after-hours work on occasion for specific customer needs
